Villa Carpintea is situated in the urbanization Ciudad Quesada en built against a hill. The villa is comfortably furnished and well equipped. From the street side you can access (without stairs) the tiled front garden (70 m2) with swimming pool as well as the living area and one of the bedrooms with a bathroom. Through the front garden you can also reach the living area (air conditioning). the bedroom (air conditioning) and the bathroom. On the same level you can enjoy a covered terrace (6 m2) and on the front side of the terrace a big terrace (17m2) with a great view of the golf course and valley. Guardamar del Segura is 6 km away. with its beautiful sandy beaches and an atmospheric boulevard with various restaurants. There are various golf courses in the vicinity for the golf lover. there are various (water)sports to enjoy and also attraction and water parks for children. You can park the car on the public road in front of the house.
